How to make a kite

WALT: write a procedure

How to make a kite:

materials:
glue stick
scissors
paper
string



1. Get a piece of paper (any color), and cut a diamond shape from it.

2. To cut a diamond shape on the paper (if you are not taping four sheets together), cut the four corners off.

3. Repeat step 2 but this time lay it across the paper vertically.

4. Tie the two sticks or pipe cleaners together.

5. Pierce two holes in the diamond-shaped paper.

6. Using the other end of the thick string, do the same.

7. Tie a long and strong string onto the sticks or pipe cleaners to form the tail.

8. Color the kite if you want.

9. Find a breeze or some light wind, have someone to help you hold your kite as you wait for wind to come.

10. Have fun flying your kite.









Eat healthy





We need healthy food because it makes your brain work faster and makes your legs go higher when you run and that our temperature can be safe and healthy. 

The fruits that are good is kiwi fruit, apple and orange. Those are the good fruits.

Finally, I think that fruits are the best because they are yummy and delicious.       

Swimming rocks

My favourite Olympic sport is swimming.
This sport is played in the pool.
It is a team and individual sport.
The current Olympic Champion for 100 metres and 200 metres Michael Phelps.

Swimming is my favourite sport because it keeps your hands and arms fit and healthy and so one day you might be like Michael Phelps.

Another reason swimming is a good sport, because you get lots of money, and be famous and lots of people will know you.

The next reason it is my favourite is when you jump into the pool when you win the gold medal.

Finally it is my favourite sport because it is cool and cold and fast.

From the reasons I have given above, you can see that swimming is the best sport because it keeps you fit and healthy.
